Tuesday is Frieda day

In fact Frieda has quite a bad cold, and was not her usual energetic self today. So we were indoors most of the time, except when I took her out in the pushchair after lunch, to help her have a much-needed nap (it worked).
But her streaming nose didn't stop her having a laugh when we messed about taking selfies :-)

In other news, I saw swifts over our garden yesterday afternoon, just a couple. And a couple again this morning. We need some dry weather so they can feed, after their long journey north.
