Back blip

Started to work on preparation for my next course today. Back and forward emails with my colleague in Zurich all day.  A public holiday and an odd number of trainees gets in the way of a 'clean' timetable. Still looking for a solution!

A tiny bit of work in the patio. Not very good with cooking this week and we succumbed to a Chinese takeaway. Something has to give way, but we're having healthy lunches. 

Step count down too. Doubtful if I'll reach my usual weekly target this week.
