2021 Friday — Bouquet

Late this afternoon the UPS truck stopped out front, so I watched from our upstairs windows because we were expecting a package for Mr.Fun, and everyday, I kid you not, everyday the FedEx truck, the UPS truck, the Amazon truck, and the USPS bring packages to our neighbor across the street.

So as the UPS person started running up our front stairs, I saw the long slender box and I turned to Mr. Fun and asked, “Did you order flowers?” He looked at me and said, “I’m not that nice.” I just busted out laughing .

Our granddaughter Ashly had ordered and sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day. I was completely surprised and delighted. Earlier in the day I had received a Mother’s Day postcard that Ashly had made herself and I never suspected that anything else would arrive.

The flowers are beautiful . I am very honored.
