This is Antonio. He runs the wonderful West African restaurant hiding behind Euston in Drummond Street.

We've meant to try it out for years but my friend adores Chutneys and I finally persuaded her to branch out. She now has a problem as she wants to go back.

Marvellous food. Yam balls. Home made ginger beer ( remember the pantry explosions of the 1960s?). Goat curry with spicy rice. And those amazing desserts. We rolled to the train.

If the notorious HS 2 goes ahead, Drummond Street and its community will be sacrificed! And all to save an extra 20 minutes on the journey to Birmingham :-(
