High Winds & High Tide

We all went to St Ives for a mooch and 'outdoor' lunch in the wind and rain, all got soaked. Back for a quick change to catch high tide in Porthleven. The strong winds added some drama for spectators :-) A couple of extras too.

It should have been Helston Flora today, was it not for that unmentionable distraction, hence our presence in the locality. Our cottage booking was postponed from last year expecting that this year's event would go ahead. Given the weather maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
