Lovely morning...

walking along the river, with flowers blooming, Water Avens, Forget me nots, Wood Anemones, Violets, Cuckoo Flowers and birds on the water and in the trees, Goosander, Goldeneye, Sandpipers, Heron, Great Tits and Chaffinches galore!
The sun shone and was pleasantly warm, only spoiled in unsheltered spots where a breeze blew icy breath from the snowy tops.
The extra is a False Morel, listed as 'deadly poisonous' unlike the Morel, a delicacy and the pine wood behind me is full of them this year. Can't think I would be tempted to eat it!
