Craig-Y-Nos Castle

Craig-Y-Nos Castle was built in the 1840s and is famous for being the former home of opera singer Adelina Patti. Never heard of her myself! It’s quite an imposing gothic-looking building and could do with a good clean. It’s on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and is surrounded by some beautiful countryside.
We took a drive out there with Mr M’s mum this afternoon and had a walk round the grounds and woods.
I’m now totally done in. I’ve hardly been able to do any walking this week. The joint and muscle pain I’ve had is now a bit better, but I’m still suffering with pins and needles in my hands and feet and general lack of energy.
Hopefully I’ll improve this week.
