They're Back!!

Over a number of years now, swallows have nested inside the appliance bay at the Fire Station.

It's been a wee bit of a bone of contention between those of us who love to see them and those who don't... Main reason for the dislikes is the mess that they leave around the station (easily cleaned up!!)

Anyway a couple of years back, these "nests" were installed just outside to try and encourage the swallows to make their home there and some have but some still make their way inside.

Well they arrived back a week ago and at the moment the outside ones are in use.

Will others make their own nest inside?? Let's wait and see!!
