Today's blip is dedicated to my brother as it's his birthday today. It's been a busy day at work but I've been making progress so feeling good. The park looked so beautiful when I arrived at work but I didn't get a chance to get out during the day so I'm hoping I can tomorrow. I also managed to get in a workout at the gym tonight and ran a lot further than last week so felt pleased.
