Investigating

I've been on an excellent training course today run by ACAS on how to conduct fair investigations. I was part of a small group of mangers who had been selected to conduct all of the internal investigations on behalf of the university alongside HR. I've already conducted a few but it was great to add to my knowledge.

It's my brothers birthday today so it was nice to hear about his day and I would have loved to have seen him.
