Liberation Day 2021

75 + 1 years of Liberation from the German Occupation. Events were scaled back this year but the bunting was flying, people crowded on to the coast roads and flags waved all along the route. The liberation cavalcade did a tour around and through the island. All along the route, people pitched gazebos, wheeled out barbecues and celebrated. These are just some of the photos I took of some of the cavalcade.
