How to make pizza - the Enzo way.

I don’t normally do recipes but here we go:

1. Put on Michael Buble singing Sinatra. (The Sparrow’s likes Buble and the Silverback likes swing- this album crosses over the divide)
2. Put the oven on 230 C (fan forced)
3. Let the folks assemble their favourites:
Tonight it’s Rosemary and potato to start, then the left over chicken and veg from last nights roast.
4. Open some wine to get them relaxed.
5. Set the table on the verandah so the folks aren’t worried about dropping bits on the floor.
6. Sit under the table and see how many crusts you get. (My PB is five!).

This recipe works every time!
