First time in real life!

I am part of a 'networking' group which used to meet in Bishops Stortford, and for the past year it has been on zoom. I've got to know some of the ladies really well, but prior to today had only met two of them in real life! 

We met up today in Hertford, and it was super to find that the children's author was exactly as I thought she would be. She is going to be doing the Vintage Fair at Cressing Temple and doing story telling to occupy children whilst their parents browse. 

Fortunately we managed to dodge the rain as were under a tarpaulin.

I had a quick walk round Hertford afterwards. It seemed very empty.
