Another Tulip

It had reached lunchtime and my brain needed a break. I had sat through an ethics meeting for part of the morning and had been doing lots of other things too. I felt like Sisyphus despite me not being in the slightest bit avaricious. My craving in life is to have a dog, a wee cottage and the sea nearby. 

I wandered down to Starbank Park at lunch to get some fresh air. I love that wee park, the birdsong and the flowers. I had my macro lens, lay down on the grass and composed this photo. I took one shot, but the 5-minutes of focusing on getting it set up chilled me out. 

Then it was back to the house and marking for the rest of the day.
