My brother took us all out for lunch for Mother's Day and *all* the ladies got given a little houseplant. A lovely gesture :) Hope it lives longer than my usual victims!

We had a little snow last night and this morning though it barely settled. Stella, however, decided it must be the festive season again and today's toy of choice has been her Christmas pudding :)

I had roast pork for lunch and when everyone was choosing dessert it was mostly cheesecake, which I miss dreadfully but couldn't have, decided to have the less lethal lemon meringue pie but still have tummyache :( If I manage any tea with Lent in mind it will most likely be toast!

Now watching the Crufts coverage on delay :)
