I’m still struggling with the torn tendon in my right shoulder which is especially painful at night. Then my left hip started hurting. What is going on? I decided to ditch the painkillers and the tablets to deal with the side effects of the painkillers and went shopping for all the healthiest foods to help my body recover from injury. Oily fish, nuts, avocados, blueberries - and threw in some kefir and kimchi which I’ve never tried before.

Lunch today was an experimental omelette with kimchi and crumbled feta which turned out to be delicious - I love the spicy kick of the kimchi.

I also have physiotherapy booked... but already I’m feeling a bit more in control.
