Project 365 day 131: spring colours

Third attempt to post this... Last night, the connection failed and I lost it all; just now, I'm not sure what I did but my journal entry has disappeared. It gets shorter each time.

This little timber cottage has already figured in a few photos, but it's a natural focal point in our view, and just now the colours around it are so striking - the vivid new green of the hedge and some of the trees behind it, a deep burgundy red shrub toning with the pinkish browns of the timber, acid yellow at the edge of the field close to the hedge, and white blossom opening in the hedge at the bottom of the valley. I love documenting the changing colours of this landscape.
