Lone Gull

This lone, lesser black-backed gull has been visiting the lake at the same time as Ollie dog and I are having our morning walk on quite a few occasions recently. It doesn't stay long, all it does is have a good drink. I wonder where it goes? I wasn't sure of it's identity at first but I got a shot the other day (extras) showing its yellow legs so it's not a herring gull as they have pink legs.

Another day of few photographs. Quite a bit of rain again and I've had tasks and errands to do. We took MrQ to the opticians in Epping this afternoon and Ollie loved having a good sniff along the High Street.
