Definitely the awww factor, isn't she sweet, no wonder Ben is looking enthralled
Thought I'd post something that makes me smile each time I look at it. (Taken by my son of course) An offer by another buyer was accepted on Friday, so I was pipped at the post. Beginning to lose heart about ever finding a house. Next time, I shall make an offer there and then, and ask questions and resolve queries afterwards.
Having a quiet day today, and no after effects from Thursday's vaccination, apart from a slightly tender arm.
