Word gets around!

The young one was straight over today, a few people were passing and commented on how amazed they were. I had taken a bit extra fiish in case the other heron was around. When the young one had, had enough (she turns round with her back to me and washes her beak when she has had enough).  I wandered round the loch and saw what I thought was the adult. I threw it a bit of fish which it ate but it stayed it's distance. On looking closer I thought it looked a bit different to yesterday's adult. It was bigger and seemed to have a much larger beak. I went further round and spotted a third heron. It was on a log near the edge of the loch. I threw it a piece of fish and there was no hesitation it was straight in the water to retrieve it. then it came a little closer to  get some more. I gave it what was left then made my way back via the shops to buy another kilo of Pollock. Fishmonger thinks he has won the lottery now!
The extras are the two other heron.
