Back border

We had a very busy day today, luckily we do have a gardener one day a month now :-) It was awful weather but I decided to have a day in the garden too. I planted out all my annuals (except the seedlings that are still too small), did the pots and helped to create the new addition to the pond (the half moon bog garden at one end, see extra). Our gardener put in two  4x4 inch fence posts, he digs deep and cements them in! Then he distributed two and a half metric tonnes of bark around the borders, neither of us are quite up to that at the moment! Then he dug out and helped me with the new bog garden. He also mowed the lawns twice, one way then the other and did all the edges. He works so hard and is worth his weight in gold.
