Smoking Season Has Begun! Lumix M4/3 14mm

This is the first batch of smoked chicken thighs of the season.  They went into the marinade last night: bourbon, soy sauce, ginger and onion.  Our first outside guest in well over a year, other than Ma, is coming for dinner.  It has to be special.
Lettuce soup.  Don't laugh; there's an amazing amount of flavor and body in six heads of Romaine lettuce.  Roasted rosemary little potatoes, baked baby zucchini.   And for dessert, an invention from lockdown: apple and walnut torta rustica.
