Hatchlings!

I can only apologise for the quality of this photo but will try harder tomorrow.. in the meantime I had to capture one of the first sightings we have had of newly hatched chicks.  They must have hatched very recently as they are simply tiny and very wobbly headed. Both parents are very busy bringing the tiniest amounts to feed them constantly. We have spotted 6 beaklets so far and still one egg unhatched this evening.  The mother looks constantly amazed they are in the nest and is very gently feeding them and gobbling up their waste sacks.. clearly nothing is wasted around here!!  I will get the wiring sorted so that I can capture some better images in the coming days... whooppee!
