Sick Rhymes with Pick

Not physically being sick but l’ve had a sore throat for the past couple of days and today l have a banging headache and feel lethargic.
My daughter was the same over the weekend and one of my granddaughters had it last week.
While we have needed to isolate due to the restrictions it will mean lots of us will get some sort of virus as lockdown eases because our immunity from mixing with others will be low. ( l am not referring to Covid)
After getting up and putting a wash in and having breakfast l’ve come back to bed for a couple of hours and will not be doing online Zumba.
More because l can than because l need to.
So remember when l was a teacher going to school when l felt ill because l thought they couldn’t manage without me...how naive:-))
