A Fine Evening in Oxna

It's been a fine calm day.  Some lovely sunshine this morning, clouded over, and then a beautiful sunny evening.  A few degrees warmer.

I've been working in the museum office today, mostly working with photos.  After tea, headed out for a run on the boat.  We've entered level 1 today, restrictions lifted a peerie bit more, finally.  Heading down for a pint tonight.

Niece Eve and her partner, Emili, arrived home from London a few days ago.  First time Eve has been home for a year and half, super excited to see her again.  Emili has never been this far north before, so we took them for a run out on the boat.  Plenty of wildlife, sunshine and a cuppa outside the old house with lambing residents Wilbert and Christine.  We had a hike across the isle, and made it to this cairn on the highest point.  L-R - Mam, Emili, Eve, with peerie Brian and Sammy in front.  Taken on the Muckle Ward, Oxna.
