Botanical bike ride

I had a lovely day out on my bike with a picnic, and managed to dodge the heavy showers. It was hard to choose a photo so I made a collage. Walt obviously enjoyed himself too. The pasqueflowers at Barnack are beautiful and the Leicestershire meadow nature reserve of cowslips and orchids stunning. The funny green plant is an adderstongue fern.
