Rain stops play

This was the scene at a local bowls club on Sunday when a cold, wet afternoon put paid to any play. I prefer indoor bowling and will be returning to the 10 pin bowling alley tomorrow. It will be good to meet up with my bowling chums again, and see how well we do after months of inaction. Strikes and spares all round?  No harm in a bit of optimism.
