For many years (ie since the start of GBBO), I have wanted to make some bread.

This weekend we (wife & me) visited our daughter in North Leicestershire, she had purchased the ingredients and we had a go. This was the result. I am mighty impressed with it. Thanks must go to Paul H, who has inspired me
