A better day today ...

...although my PA fell asleep on the job.

So the bathroom is finished, the mats and debris cleared away, and we have our lives back. Much as I like our chief fitter he seemed to have a lot of arguments with his wife on the phone (in Polish), listened to dodgy (Polish) disco music, and had a very bad smoker’s cough. Did a good job on the bathroom though.

Seven day rolling average of steps is 12,157 per day. Really has upped my fitness game getting in the extra walks. I have a spring in my step at the moment.
