Smoke!

The result of a period of hot dry weather and today strong south winds - a huge wildfire near Corinth, burning for over 24 hours now and still spreading. It's so bad that the smoke has come all the way past Athens and is covering the skies over Southern Evia.. which is over 100 km.
Apparently a lot of villages have been evacuated and homes have been burnt, not just forest.
We often have wildfires like this in the summer, but it seems very early to be starting them in May.
