Ostrich Fern

I’m not a great fan of ferns but when I saw this one this morning while walking round Greenbank Gardens I immediately thought of a pack of meerkats and the way they stand tall and straight as they protect their territory.

Another dull, chilly day but not quite as wet as yesterday. The kind of day when I prefer to be inside looking out and not outside looking in.
