Magnolia

Another trip to the Zip Yard this morning to collect a bag that was being repaired ….. a wonderful job done and while I was in the shop I met Hugo and Bella, father and daughter. They were so friendly and I just happened to have some doggie chews in my bag so after checking with the owner they came and sat so nicely for their wee treat.

A quick trip the Botanic Gardens to search out my blip for today before getting the subway home.

This magnolia is well protected as it is almost totally surrounded by large rhodendron bushes.
A walk round trying to find the best bloom revealed this almost perfect flower with no discolouration on any of the petals.
