LD 422. Rhubarb but not as we know it

Lunch at Inver today to celebrate our neighbour John Shiveral’s 50th birthday ( also known as blipper Torag’s other half).

The meal was exceptional as ever and this rhubarb & goat curd meringue, decorated with primroses, looked and was superb. My extra photo shows the main course I chose - chicken with wild garlic and nettle cream.
