Old time signs

An evening walk. You maybe can notice old style traffic signs. New ones are "gender sensitive" so, that there is only ball headed humanoid looking shapes with two legs and arms and the head is loosen. Not a gentleman man and a little girl anymore, like in this traffic sign. And the bicycle is not like men's cycle.

It seems, that I have to learn how to walk properly as my arthritis knee is now in better position. Some instructions given from the physiotheapist already, but it is not an easy task. You really have to pay attention to your toes, knees position, back position, the rolling move of legs and muscles, buttocks.

3km walk and I was very tired already.

Not too nice weather, only +4c. Raining occasionally again.
