Tipalt Burn, Northumberland

Had a drive to the garden centre outside Carlisle for a few things and went to Cranston’s in Branson to get some lunch.

Fancied a coffee so popped to Lanercost to see if the cafe had reopened. It had but only for takeaway so I drove another few miles to the cafe at Greenhead and had a coffee and some soup. The sarnie I got at Cranston’s will do for tomorrow.
Whilst in Greenhead a steam train from Newcastle to Carlisle sped through. Unfortunately I didn’t have my camera with me :-(
