Saturday: Rowan Blossom

Today’s gardening job was potting on the courgette seedlings - 6 good ones and a few more seeds just germinated, might grow! Also started off some runner beans “Scarlet Emperor”.
Took a chance on the weather and got the washing dried outdoors!
Wandering round the garden I noticed a tiny head of flowers on the rowan tree - this is a self sown seedling from a tree which sadly died, https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2010770 - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2366973069001492330 - first time it’s flowered and very pretty they are.
