Green waste...

The wind has gone! The calm is wonderful!

We spent several hours in the garden, filling the pots with summer bedding and cutting up the remaining branches from a few weeks back. All bagged up to take to the green recycling area of the tip.

We even took our lunch outside, until the clouds gathered and then opened. We’d used the best of the day well.

A walk became a meal out at our local Toby Carvery. A very different experience from our last visit. The staff must be exhausted at the end of a shift as they have to wait on visitors hand and foot! No self service atm.
