Rum weather!

By which I mean not particularly good ... so might as well have a rum cocktail to cheer us up then!

We’re hooked on Nelson’s roasted pineapple rum in a cocktail called Rumplestiltskin! It’s a double rum with a shot of lime juice and then topped up with half a glass of pineapple juice and half of ginger beer ( or ginger ale but we’ve tried both and didn’t notice any difference ). Very more-ish!
