Sun salutations

Morning ritual of meditation and yoga, I always start with sun salutations... which begin with S... I couldn’t quite photograph me in action but hope this is ok for Mono Monday!

A very busy day of work but I am allowed in the office on Mondays now to so I headed in. Great to be getting a little bit back to normal x
