Tasty Morsels

This is a tasting table from a smokery on the edge of the Somerset Levels, ready for us to try after an interesting talk at the village hall.
We found out about hot and cold smoking of food, such as duck, venison, fish, pork to name a few. We tasted delicious smoked salmon, cheese, eel (very good!) and chicken.
They supply these delicacies to restaurants and shops all over the country, but also have a restaurant on site.
I might take my husband out to lunch soon!
