Best pals Molly  and Star.
Settled under the table at the cafe.
A longer walk than previously  for Star was probably  a bit far as she brought back her dinner and gave us the opportunity to  wash the rugs. Thanks Star. A long nap later and she was ready for a play  as I was doing my pilates. If only Blip allowed video... it was hysterical.  In other words, not much  pilates got done.
Diet has started, but apparently  it's  not a diet, it's  a "New way of life". An old dog,  or a leopard am I.
