Sometimes it flies

Time.
A fast paced day. Gardening,  painting  and BSL evening class. 
It's  a hard life.

Unfortunately my back knows I've  done too much. Tablets and Tens at maximum.  
Class was OK, but I have a lot of work to do to become more fluid.
