I should have popped some paracetamol yesterday as I woke with some malaise. I assume the vaccination has provoked antibodies into action and that they’re now running amok.

I joined Leigh (on a flying visit back from Northern Ireland) at her sister’s for a birthday BBQ. Due to wind and rain we had to migrate indoors with our burgers and potato salad, but it was still an enjoyable afternoon.

I saw this reference in an article about Dina Asher-Smith killing it as usual at a race in Gateshead, ‘...conditions more akin to winter than Whitsun.’ A truer word has never been spoken.

I’ve been overdoing it on bars from the raw chocolate co., of which I ordered a box. I can recommend them.
