Grilled leek and fennel salad in tomato dressing

I've been wanting to try this salad for a few weeks . We have fennel and leeks together in one of our favourite fish dishes so knew it would probably taste good. And it did. We had it with some chicken. No doubt we will have it again soon.

I had to take Mittz to the vet for another blood test to make sure her dose of thyroid medicine is now the correct one. It seems to be working fairly well so all being well we won't have to go back for another 3 months.
