Reflections

A quiet day. I decided to just to do nice house things. So I did some ironing, which I enjoy, especially if I can find some easy watching on TV. Then I cooked a new chicken curry recipe. The day then became less pleasant as Jack and I watched Boris Johnson dig his heels in...no resigning for him! What a mess!

So it's good to look out into our garden where it is calm and still. Tonight we have seen a couple of rabbits, (we used to have lots, but when our pond floods it wipes them out for a couple of years), a fox and a little muntjac trotting across near the pond.
