Coffin Bay

This ones for you Doyley22 - I know you would love to have been there at Coffin Bay today scoffing down those unbelievably scrumptious oysters :). We drove into Coffin Bay this morning and saw the Oyster Headquarters was packed out - always a good sign!  Turned out most of the people were waiting to do the Oyster tour where they wade out to an Oyster platform and learn how to shuck oysters.  We had a great lunch and definitely had to have some oysters on Doyley’s recommendation.
Tonight we’re in Port Lincoln which has turned out to be an absolute winner for us in so many ways.  We will rendezvous with our great mates Myra and Sabine tomorrow in Port Augusta before heading north to Uluru on Friday.  The journey continues :)
I have added some extras including the Marina in Port Lincoln where all of the fishing trawlers are based.  It’s a major fishing town.  No prize tonight for guessing what we had for dinner :)
