Culag Woods

Today was a bit driech, so we drove to Lochinver for some lunch and then went for a walk in Culag Woods.  There are lots of paths through this bit of woodland that gives something of a feel for what the land might have been like before it was cleared.  Beautiful.  There were lots of carved and painted insects (dragonflies and the like), kids activities ("cake decorating", see saw, swing, various shelters and even a hammock) and a nice stony beach.

We enjoyed listening to some more Harry Potter in the car, and later we played Monopoly.
