Paddling!

Today was windy but bright.  We walked out to Totaig (where Totaig burn hits the sea) and had a picnic lunch in a sheltered spot.  We explored what we're pretty sure* was a smugglers cove in the olden days, and paddled in the stream.

After a wee rest back at the house, we took some things back to the car and went to replace the calor gas and get some pocket money sweets.  We were successful only in the latter - there is apparently no gas to be had anywhere in the area at the moment!

This evening we had the inaugural go of Pass the Pigs, which CyclopsJnr got for his birthday.  Great fun.

He also wanted to try Scrabble (since he knew his parents enjoyed it).  He's not quite got the hang of it yet, but we had a fun non-scoring mess-around.
