speedy mum

So, this is how I travel to and from work every day. I have to say, it makes going to work a lot more fun. It's cheap travel, walking is too far, push bike would still push it. It's 10 k's each way, so this was a good option 4 years ago. Didn't use it much when we were in BoP but now we're back its pleasant.

If the wind is in my back and the road a slightly sloping, I'll go a whole of 43 k's an hour. I know this as the road side has the occassional speed measure thingy. My speedo confidently tells me I am going 53, but I know it has a big ego.

So, bring on the cold and I'll take a photo of myself with icicles one day....
