Shaking the tail feathers (and all the other feathers as well!)....
We were over at the beach this afternoon and this heron (yes, it's a heron, even if you didn't recognize it from the photo) was strutting around the beach and ultimately flew off.  It was fun watching it walk around, like a king in his kingdom.  Very regal birds.  :)
